A cancellation fee of 50% of the service value will apply for appointments canceled with less than 48 hours notice or for failure to attend will be 100% fee for services booked.
Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to contact a client on our waiting list to fill that time slot. We confirm appointments 72 hours in advance, in case you may have forgotten that appointment you booked three months ago.
